My name is Nicole Kelly, I am 22 years old I live in Secaucus N.J I’ve played soccer basketball and softball throughout my childhood. Soccer was always my favorite and I still play today in collage. At a very young age I was diagnosed with ADHD which nobody picked up on until 3 rd grade because I didn’t have the hyper active part of it. It was that I just couldn’t focus. I’m also communication impaired. It takes longer for my brain to comprehend what I’m reading than other people can. I struggled in first and second grade with reading and comprehension. My teachers were wonderful, and along with my neurologist they were able to get me the proper help. I have been receiving special education services since third grade.
